The New Foster Care is an amazing program for young adults. They are genuinely there to help others succeed giving much needed support. I received help with obtaining my license, necessities for my children, along with many other nice gifts, and I was connected with an awesome therapist! I can truly say this non-profit organization is changing my life in the most positive way!

Ms. Bobbie is the best! She is helping me to accomplish so much in my life, and she gives me hope. While being in this amazing program, I have accomplished earning my Driver's License, I have filed for unemployment, I have gotten assistance with school related goals, and now I am on my way to purchasing a vehicle. The care that is provided is absolutely phenomenal, genuine, and warm hearted.

They do not provide the services promised. The worker assigned to me does not like me instead of switching me to a new worker they basically won’t answer for me. I have reach out to the supervisor but she will not respond to me . Last year the worker jasmine was scheduled to bring me Christmas gifts she never came ! I’m disappointed they’re not who I thought they were.

Update : it has been a month since I last wrote my review and the person over the program reached out to me and assured things would be different but they’re not ! When I first spoke with him he stated that he would switch my worker and that they would help me. They said mental Heath services are things they would like me to work on and I am actively engaging in those services and they’re still not helping me. I was explained that this program help people who age out of foster care who need help they’re letting their personal feelings get cloud their judgement. I have done it all of it ALONE except get a identification card which was done my first week in this program. Highly disappointed.

Because of your commitment we as an organization have been able to create housing opportunities for multiple youth in transition, partner and feed (emergency food services due to COVID 19) over 200 families per month, mentor and employ dozens of youth.

They have helped me so much throughout the last trimester of my pregnancy they’ve helped me with clothes and things for me and my baby and they have a very good support system you will not be disappointed!!!
