This is one of the most welcoming and accepting churches I have been to. Having a native background, I really appreciate how pastor Jacob also incorporates natives and their struggles as well all nationalities into his sermon. When Pastor Jacob is preaching the word, you can tell that he has overcome struggles and gives you faith with the message of god. I honestly haven't been to a church like this before and have already decided that this is the church for me. I look forward to being part of this church.

The gathering place has been a huge Blessing to my family! We’ve been there since they started...Pastor jake and his wife Maria are such wonderful people! I am a Native American Indian and the love and compassion they have for Native American people blesses me so much but it’s not just for Native Americans but for all people...He has a way with words(and I know it’s the Spirit of God in him) that helps me to witness to my family! They have always been there when I needed them and You feel right at home with everyone who attends! I know without a doubt God is going to do greater things at The Gathering Place!❤️

Everyone is very welcoming. Jacob is a very good bringer of the word! You can tell he and his family live it! The guest speaker was great. Though I am not of that religion and am not super religious in my own present faith… as a result of being forced to be brought up into a difficult religion which I will not name. 😢☹️🤬😡🥵👎🏿…(I am being nice here) I have returned to a Native based Catholic parish that I love being a part of. The Gathering Place was a positive experience for me and I will return for a visit. For now I will remain dedicated to the place I call home but encourage all to attend either place… especially here. There is something uplifting, exciting and peaceful at The Gathering Place.

My husband and I have visited the Gathering Place several times and even though it is not our home church, we always feel welcomed! Pastor Jake and his wife, Maria, are both spirit-filled and faithful leaders. The messages that are shared are true and from the Word of God and the prayer and worship is real and genuine. Whether you have been a believer for years, are seeking to strengthen your relationship with Jesus, or are feeling lost/alone/defeated, the Gathering Place will welcome you into their family with open arms. We highly recommend the Gathering Place and truly wish we lived closer and could call this church our home!

I love this church! Great leadership. So thankful to see them reaching out to all peoples with genuine authentic concern, love and solid Biblical teaching. A balanced perspective on the Father son and Holy Spirit. A very healthy church for a family to be a part of!

I had a wonderful opportunity to "gather" and experience an amazing group of people. As we learned about History,l and Culture we shared Frybread. I would highly recommend anyone to challenge themselves to a new spiritual level and join a service.

This church is passionate for reaching out to the Native American communities around them. My wife and I attended a service at The Gathering Place as guests and we were very blessed by it. The church attendees were very friendly and the Pastor was also very welcoming, even though my wife and I both did not have any Native heritage. The worship was also very good and the teaching from Pastor Jake was powerful and Biblically solid. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a church home to check out The Gathering Place.
