Awesome Fish Fry on Friday's from 11 to 7, $3 beers, 12oz of hand battered Cod and fries for $12 and won $100 playing pull tabs which paid for supper and a profit.

Came for fish fry. Pretty standard but nothing special.

Service at the table was pretty lousey. If I hadn't asked for a drink we wouldn't have gotten one. Place looks nice though and server when available was pleasant.

We are not from the area and was looking for somewhere to eat for supper. My husband found The Foxhole so we decided to check it out. They have good food and friendly staff. Very welcoming and fun atmosphere! Before leaving someone said "come again". My husband and I said that we were both thinking that we really would love to go again!

We want to send out a HUGE thank you to everyone who contributed to our Thanksgiving meal. Was EXACTLY like me cooking it!! Everything was delicious and everyone working it was all wonderful. It looked like most of town was there, but we saw a lot of "out-of-towners" like ourselves. We love Grantsburg and miss my husband's relatives,who lived there (wagman). We have been at this legion for other things but our first "free will" dinner experience. You'll see us next year!! Please pass on our thanks to everyone for their kindness and cooking skills!!!

The night started off good, but buy the time check paying time came, we had been served burnt pizza with no discount or a remade one and the bartender (Brenda) had drinks being double paid for. Someone would buy you a drink and she would charge them and also put that same drink on your tab. POOR, POOR business practice. We will never go back! Sad. On a positive note....The customers we met were wonderful.

It has a nice warm cabin feel with all the knotty pine. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Its a great place to watch the football game.
