Wow! After attending the location in Vacaville for some time, the commute was weighing heavily. I found this location and was met by such a friendly community. The worship is solid, the Holy Spirit is present, and the small nature really promoted a more welcoming atmosphere than the bigger location in Vacaville. I could explain the life changing events and go into my testimony, but I think I would encourage you to experience it for yourself. No pressure. So if you are searching for a new church, or are in town visiting, come on down to the Father's House and tell em Ricky sent ya! I hope to see you there soon.

My wife and I came here post covid because they were one of the few churches willing to open up at that time.
We never left. The people are friendly, and the church location is perfect for us. Pastor Dave Patterson is articulate and does an amazing job teaching, preaching, with transparency, and a bit of humor mixed in.
The church has amazing worship teams, fast growing youth group, and great children's ministry.
There is also a good balance of youth, young adults, married families, and "seasoned saints".
We have met more adult friends in the last couple of years here, than in any of the other churches we've attended previously.
If you want a relationship based church, with dynamic worship and fantastic teaching/preaching, you couldn't find a better place than TFH East Bay!

Normally I wouldn’t involve myself in a review of a church as everyone’s experience is different, and every church is made up of fallen humans. However, I’d steer very far clear of this church if you are in need of community, support, looking for a church home, have a friend who needs to be introduced to Jesus and His living body. This church is highly clique based, and celebrity driven. I watched the leadership ignore someone I actually prefaced them about who was coming back to the church having been through some truly crazy stuff and needing to be plugged in. This is a highly inward focused, production driven church which is not at all aware of the lives of its attendees. My brother still receives fairly frequent mail from this church despite having left years ago, having actually lost his faith while at this church. My family has contacted the Fathers House on multiple occasions asking that they would stop sending us mail for him as he no longer lives with us or attends that church. Their response has been to block communication. The campus pastor even quickly made sure to pretend not to know my mother when they came into contact in public. Personally, i served faithfully on the early morning setup team for a year, and eventually left after being cussed out by one of the sound crew leaders during service tear down. This is a spiritually unsafe environment and a truly poor example of Christ’s church, and I would highly advise steering clear.

First time at this location; what's not to like? They have all the needs met and they have the staff to answer your questions and assist you. If you want to hear about Jesus and God, you're welcome to go there. If your life is a mess for any reason definitely go there.
