Be careful while using the pool, sauna, or hot tub. Dirty. Odd staff. Judgy members, overall typical small town YMCA. Lots of people loose their memberships here if they don’t meet the approval of the locals. I was kicked out for asking a member what she was looking at after she eyed me down discriminately in the sauna and then into the locker room. Where she informed me I didn’t know her, but that she knew me, as she cowardly left the locker room, later I discovered she was a juvenile detention corrections officer who remembered me from twenty years and was upset when she over heard me talking about my world travels and happy life. Weeks later later told the CEO I got in her face and followed her out of the locker room which was completely false and I lost me
Membership. God help those people

Kids were excited to go swimming but after they paid management closed the pool early. Advertised open until 5 but shut down at 3 after driving 45 minutes to bring them there. No refunds and we won't be going back.

Great place to have the kids run and play(and swim when the pool is open). Terrible at managing the facility and billing.

Great gym! it has everything that you could ever need. The only thing that I have a gripe about is the summer hours. I work till 7pm and they're only open till 8pm during the summer, which is a major inconvenience. Now I'm stuck with either rushing my workouts or finding a different gym altogether. Despite all of that it's still one of the better gyms in the MQT area.

Very nice facility. Nice pool, shallow about 3ft. I also enjoy the Sona and Jacuzzi. They offer many classes you can participate in. Membership is low cost.

Great adorable gym. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice variety of gym equipment and large locker room. Pool, Sauna, kid care and much more.

Worst management possible. For two weeks I've tried to get ahold of someone to close out my membership because I work on the road and can no longer use my YMCA membership here. There is no option to cancel online, and no one in the membership department answers the phone or returns voicemails. This isn't the only issue.
I also purchased a locker rental for pool use and general storage for when I'm exercising, but I constantly have someone else's stuff in my locker. I asked the front desk what to do and they said it's easier to just grab a random locker rather than use the one you rented. I really wish I could say good things other than the pool is nice, but even the gym size is a problem for the amount of people going to this center.

They never post the sauna hours online and they constantly change. The sauna is the only reason I have a membership here and I hardly get to use it because they always seem to have it closed at weird hours with zero notice. Honestly the membership is becoming not worth the price…
