Our mother has been a resident at The Brook in West Branch for approximately a year. We have been extremely happy with the interaction from the entire staff! Rakesha, the manager at the West Branch location, is extremely caring and gives 100% in all she oversees. She will work through any concerns or questions you may need answered and does so from her heart. The staff is wonderful and caring, and recently we had the privilege to meet the owner, Diane! The care they have given our mother is so appreciated! If you are looking for a facility for one of your loved ones, we strongly recommend The Brook in West Branch! Thank you from the Durfee family

All angels here! There is no one who lacks compassion for all residents here.From the Manager to the dining staff, what a great feeling to know your loved one is well cared for always!
