From the beginning of this whole process of placing my mom in a nursing home Amy, the nurses, physical therapy, aides have made me feel seen and heard. It was a grueling process to even go this way. Amy was so helpful and giving me advice, clear instructions on what I had to do, but as hard as it was, she made it bare able. Thank you Amy, she always has a smile on her face and so approachable, but proffesionable, and she was always real with me. The nursing staff do the best they can I know this. I have been upset a few times with mom's personal care, but some of that is on her. I have found her with the bed soaking wet with urine. And the only time I asked for help in cleaning her, I got a snide comment. And the lack of empathy was bad from this aide.. Overall I appreciate the care she receives and the compassion they show her.

Oakdale is a wonderful place the staff is very polite and always ready to help with any question or problem that may arise .

They take extremely good care of there patients and that is very important..

It's a very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I would recommend Oakdale nursing facility to anyone that needs true care that you can trust and depend on..

Wonderful place for sure I give them a 10 out of 10.

Wouldn't recommend it for anyone they don't take of your family member it's sad to see things in there. They don't feed a patient like they should they don't clean patients like they should. To busy playing on there phones

Disrespectful and rude social worker (jaquita). Buisness office tried to charge fraudulent charges (Karen). My experience having a loved one here was terrible. They released information regarding my loved one to people they shouldn't have. TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I could go on about how my loved one was treated, or lack there of but I won't.. just dont..
