My dad is currently at the Blossoms and we have been very satisfied with the love and care he’s receiving. The nurses are amazing on making sure he gets his meds and the meals are great. He’s actually gained 30-40 pounds in the short few weeks he’s been here. He looks and smells clean. I highly recommend this facility

If i could id give this place no stars. my mom only stayed here for two days and during those days she saw a nurse maybe once. They never gave her any of her medication so i brought hers and they took it and still did not give her the meds. which she has to have for her heart and lungs. they did not even have a bedside toilet for her. She had to wait over 4 hours for someone to come help her go to the bathroom because she cannot get up on her own. The nurses walk by and still don’t go in her room to help. Do not send your family members here . we tried looking past the bad reviews and give it a try but was not worth it.

The absolute worst place to leave a loved one. Do not even consider this place as an option. They should not be in business because of how negligent they are with their patients.

I worked there for 90 days and saw things that where so bad they have alarms if your having a problem yet they don't check on residents, I ask 4 times for the COVID vaccine and hepatitis vaccine and yet never got it, got COVID and lost 7 days pay , I couldn't get my job done because they ask me to stop and do other things that where not in my job description, like fish shitty diapers out of toilets that where full of urine and shit and like I said no hepatitis vaccine, multiple staff drink on the job! Never worked for a so out of control facility the state is always in there and if I was going to put my relative in there I would reconsider that decision!! Worse place to work EVER!! Sorry for the bad review but it's the truth

The photos on the website make it look like the place is really nice, but actually it's awful on the inside and the outside doesn't look very good either. My Dad was a resident here several years back when it was St. Andrew's Place and it very nice and clean, but not anymore. The whole place needs an overhaul with all new flooring, furniture, paint, doors and not to mention it was filthy! I wasn't impressed at all.

I was there following my surgical repair of my fractured left femur. I was treated and tended to very well. The weekday staff were much better at meeting my needs, etc. than the weekend staff. But overall I had a good experience with their staff.

My brother was a resident here, he passed away a year ago. He has a credit balance on his account that I have been trying to get sent to me (I'm his only family and was paying his bill) for over 2 months. I have talked to the business manager who never got anything done and has since left, I talked to the new business manager who was SUPPOSED to have notified "the office" a month ago but still haven't heard anything!! I've called numerous times and she's either not there or doesn't answer the phone, I leave messages but nobody ever calls back.
