This program is worthless if you do not drive they do no provide a service

Communication and sense of urgency is terrible. There is always an excuse and more info needed. They handle a trust for a family member and this disabled person deserves the funds to be able to continue receiving services. Cheryl polite does not reply. She tells you she is overnighting checks and then says shes sent it back to the attorney for review. This is a disabled child who needs services and there is no sense of urgency. This has been going on since 2021. They took all year to transfer the trust and said it would retro. The. Changed that and said no. Every line item has been provided with receipt, proof of payment, excel document that correlates with the service. It’s abhorant that ARC handles peoples cases like this. Excuse after excuse. Lack of communication and follow up. Zero stars
