Like so many of the thrift stores now prices keep going up and up and up for items they get for free. The store seems to be one of them that has stuck to their lower prices and good bargains for a good cause. Thank you for all you do.

I went today to just see if we could find anything . Ended up paying 45 dollars for 3 pairs of used jeans , 2 shirts , 1 pair of pj's pants . And a pj's shirt ...Like what I flat told the lady that the prices there are outrageous 😳..and that there prices are getting to be like good wills ...The Ark is over priced for USED items ...and what's worse is I have a membership there ..I don't shop there very often anymore because of the outrageous prices ...It's sad that this new Manager price changes at will and it's disappointing as a member and community member to see this happening. I once shopped there frequently but not now !! Someone on there board needs to step in and do there job and get rid of this over priced bs going on there !!!

Every time I come in the price/sale changes according to who's at the register. EVERY TIME. I'm starting to feel maybe I'm not the right color or have the right look because go in there enough and you will see who gets a "deal" and who doesn't. The store was better when Aunt B was at the counter, she was fair and friendly. The people there now..... Good luck with customer service and fairness. Plus 3 people to run 1 register? Lol! Wow! Overpriced boutique store disguised as a "for the people" thrift store.

Over priced! USED Leggings are $5 when you can buy new leggings down the road at Walmart or Dellar General under $5. Used $25 dollar shoes... wow! I'm disgusted, people that shop at thrift stores are looking for decent prices. No way should donated stuff meet nwt prices.

There's a older Woman with black hair whos a cashier. I witnessed her being rude to the special needs worker as inwas checking out to buy a basket. Some dvds and a few clothing items. She overcharged me for the dvds i told her the sign says buy 1 get one free. She said well our store sign says otherwise. I said well why do you have a sign near the dvds that says buy 1 dvd get one free it's even typed. She didn't care. Just rolled her eyes. Then she charged us 3$ for the basket and the bottom of the basket was supposed to be 50cents. I had to tell her that also. Eventually we got fed up with her attitude and we didn't but anything. I told her also to not be rude to the special needs worker because the Arc is supposed to serve them. They also are outrageous on the prices foe second hand items. You might as well just buy it from Walmart. Whoever is running this place now has really made the store go down hill. From the workers to the sales. What's wrong with the 4 corners!

It's awesome that the charity picks up furniture donations! No changing rooms, some clothes overpriced. Carry a good variety of goods, my fingers are dusty when I leave. Clothes racks are overcrowded with some too stained or worn items. It would be nice if they were more selective with what they put out and organized by size since their space is limited.
