Ive been thinking about adopting a kitten for a while. I visited the Northridge Pet Smart. I met with Mrs. Elizabeth who was taking care of Rescue Alliance kittens. I have to say i was very lucky to have met her. She was very informative and helpful and knowledgeable about the questions i had in regards adopting a kitten.

I adopted two wonderful kitties. I do thank her for the amount of time and energy she dedicates into loving and caring for this animals. If your considering an adoption she is a wonderful help to find the right kitty for your family.

This is a fantastic rescue in a beautiful location. When I reached out to adopt a new dog. They set me up with a meeting with an owner surrender. The owner of the pup decided to drop him off at the shelter instead of meeting me. TARA jumped through hoops to get the dog out of the shelter regardless of my decision to adopt him. He was in my home within 48 hours and I’m so grateful and happy to be a sponsor!

Kelly, the Owner called my Pet Hotel to try and adopt a pup who's mother is dying in hospital. When she was told he was taken she was rude, aggressive and hung the phone up. Imagine how she treats her pups if that's how she acts when trying to obtain rescue dogs. She then had the audacity to negatively review my business. Unbelievable and right back at you.

Tried to adopt a kitten from this place. I already was aware and so was the lady that I was supposed to trail out for a couple days because my cat would not easily get along with another kitty. This lady was absolutely rude, condescending and very dismissive. Made sarcastic remarks when it did not work out two days later. Unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least.

I called to surrender my cat to this place because I am moving across the country. My cat will not take the move well. The lady began asking me all these questions & told me I’m a bad cat mom because I want to give up my cat. She is very disrespectful & unprofessional.
