I’ve been profiled many times before for having a darker complexion and darker taste in clothing. Tonight was no exception. A women working self checkout made me and my freinds very uncomfortable by asking multiple times for us to go to a cashier even after we told her we each had less than ten items in a shared cart. She continued to make snarky comments about “watching us” even though we each spent over 70$ in groceries. was SAT on one of the checkout lanes probably spreading bacteria and germs to customers groceries. Large jabba the hut build with a grey pony tail.

The last few times I’ve shopped at this location it felt like the front end managers care more about trying to prove the customer wrong instead of admitting that they put up the wrong signage and honoring the pricing from that signage. There was an entire shelf of 30% off product that I picked from with 4 signs across the shelf, it didn’t ring that way at the registers and when I explained that to the manager she proceeded to go back to that section, came back up with a picture on her phone showing me the shelf that now magically only had one sign on it instead of 4 signs. She then proceeded to argue with me about it and made me feel like she thought I was making it up. She only honored one item I picked at 30% off and walked away. Extremely unprofessional over something that was their error in the first place.

You may be going to pick up a few supplies for chili, but end up walking by the clothing section and end up in a dressing room. Yay! A fun Christmas outfit. Plenty of friendly staff to help find what you need. Don't forget the dog food. On to the food section. Not a full grocery store, but enough choices for one stop shopping. Fresh produce is always fresh. Need cleaning supplies? That's the next stop. Don't forget to pick up your RX.Self checkout or friendly cashier. They whole thing is a pleasant experience.

Making the self checkouts 10 items or less then only staffing one cashier is crazy work. I just spent 30 minutes in line for 12 items? The produce section was completely blocked off by 3 employees stocking this section with huge carts, I just wanted one onion and that was nearly impossible

I experience the worst customer service in this Target every single time I shop there.. The employees display absolutely horrible customer service and overall attitudes. Like me being there has somehow ruined their days. Also, never once have the sale prices or Target circle prices been right and when I ask about it I am typically told, that it worked and it hadn’t, or I am told they don’t know how to fix that, and then expect me to be ok with not getting the advertised price. I am done shopping there. I leave upset each time, it’s not worth it.

A beautiful target on the outside and nice on the inside as well. They had a lot of options of stuff whether it was clothes, items, or food. Staff was available at many lanes for check out and it wasn't too busy even on a Saturday afternoon! Great place to check out while we were visiting Brainerd for the weekend.
