I loved living in tallgrass so much, the apartment was great for my roommate and I and everyone who works in the complex is so friendly and helpful! Work orders were quickly addressed and repairs came fast & the office staff made being a first time renter way less scary! definitely recommend

Lisa Darnell was the WORST person to work with & I am so thankful that we did not end up moving here! Avoid this place, its not worth the headache. United Apartments is a way better management company and their apartments are a million times nicer. If I could give Tall Grass negative stars... I would!

My partner and I were looking for an apartment last minute and the leasing office at Tallgrass worked with us to find us an apartment with a move in date that worked perfectly for us! Their apartments are pet friendly and maintenance responds usually within the same day, which we greatly appreciate. The fitness center is convenient but some machines are old and aren’t maintained well; if you’re just looking to play basketball or get a basic workout in, there’s more than enough equipment/space. All in all, we love our apartment here and were quick to renew our lease for another year!

I have lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Tallgrass for 2 years, and it has been amazing. The price is great especially for college students and it is in a good area. It's more quiet and close enough to walk to campus. The staff is wonderful and very accomadating. Also the maintenance men do good, speedy work.

For the price, you can't beat living in Tallgrass. The office staff are friendly and down to Earth people who understand their tenants needs. Utilities are pretty good, only had the AC go out once because it was clogged but they got it fixed the day I sent in a request. They have cool activities for their tenants to take part in,and the complementary gym is easily accessible and great for the casual fitness freak.
