Very friendly place that tries her best to help as many people as they can in their area with a food bank and every third Thursday they do bingo Crystal one of the employees there is amazing Everyone is always very knowledgeable and very helpful.

As always, the volunteers and staff of Sylvania Family Services are exceptional. The number of community outreach programs is unbelievable. Not many other places are as open-minded about trying something new.

Some of the people who go there are truly petty thou, it's like being in grade school, gotta save my place in line so I can be the first one in, come on people grow up, get there and stand in line and wait your turn. It's not that hard to do...

Spent a couple hours here for a gathering with friends. There were two different halls that could be rented out. Hall B had a kitchen, not sure about Hall A but would figure so. The place was in good condition, perhaps just a little, teensie bit dated. There was also a nice open field in the back to play games like frisbee, pickleball and cornhole.

Getting food from this service has helped us more than we could ever say. My husband has cancer and hasn't worked in 6 months. There are some weeks we don't have the money for food. We are so grateful to Sylvania Are Family Services. They are so well organized and the army and Air Force guardsman are so polite and kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This place is all about loving your community. Although they serve those living in Sylvania and Sylvania Township, they go above and beyond for those in need. As much as the workers and volunteers are pulled in every direction, they always have a smile and always want to lend a helping hand. They truly understand what it's like being so far behind that a person can't make ends meet. And they'll never judge a person for being in that place.

Ms. Anita was great to work with!

We were looking for a place to host our son's first birthday party and chose this place.The price was in line with our budget and we received our deposit back in full a few days later. There was some difficulty with my account being charged twice, but I called Ms. Anita and she was able to get everything sorted out.

The multipurpose room was a nice size, no access to the kitchen except before the party started to warm our food that we brought in.
We were able to decorate and move tables around as we liked, we had a DJ, and there was a playground outside in the back. The room could easily fit 50-70 people. You get 1 hr before and after to clean and set up.

We ran wayy behind schedule due to us trying to decorate beforehand. Since we were running behind the party started late (because of us) and Anita was gracious enough to let us extend our party time with no extra charge.

I would definitely rent this place again!
