I was on the waiting list for 2 years, just got approved I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. The people there are helpful, informative and attentive. I had used their services years ago they were at a different location and the people they had working were rude, but now they are very friendly and helpful.

Very great people who work here full of the passion to help, they check paper work throughly which is a plus so we don’t have to go back and fourth, emails are always timely and things go extremely smoothly

Changing my review now, I had some issues with some case workers and supervisors there. But the director called me and really help de-escalate the situation. I'm super happy someone was able to me help me to get daycare for my children so I can work full-time. Thank you so much to the Director of Supportive Services!

Worst customer services ever. The lady Lupe is very rude. She will not give you a chance to talk at all. If she do not like her job she should quit. I talked to other lady before and they are very friendly, but this lady is very rude! Maybe she was having a bad day, but that does not give her to right to be rude.

Staff always willing to help. I would suggest making an appointment if you would like to speak with case worker. Otherwise waiting for walk in appointment can be somewhat long. Nevertheless you will be seen. Agency is willing to work with people for additional time for submitting documents.

Welfare family services and This is now IHSS.. In Home Supportive Services too. They have joined together making it easier to take care of business. Right behind the WinCo on Ashland at what use to be peach and Dakota. Behind the Airport . Across from the military base 🪖🎖️ 🛩️👨‍✈️🪂🚚🇺🇲..

Some of the staff there are very informative and helpful. While on the other hand some just seem rude and grumpy. All in all, an awesome program for those who really need it.
