Superior Nursing Home is The Best Facility for your Loved one to Stay at! 5 stars!!!!! Vickie the Administrator is A1. The Facility looks like a 5 star Hotel. All the Residents Love it there! It's Clean and neat! The food is Exceptional!

This facility seemed nice at face value, the staff were very polite, the nurses seemed very kind, and at first I thought it was going to be a great facility to keep my mother in. I looked over some of the reviews on here, but since the good ones outweighed the bad ones, I just brushed it off and decided to give them a chance.

That was a huge mistake.
My mother had a mild infection that had been treated by Baptist health, by the time she left, she had three infections.
During their "rehabilitation", my mother took a fall, they got her back up and back in bed, but it was a struggle. After that she had a massive bruise on her inner thigh, we thought it was just from the fall and didn't look into it much. But when she couldn't stand after that they just told us that she was not participating in the therapy. After being there for 3 weeks, she was not able to walk at all, and they were ready to throw her out because of insurance purposes. Had her signed out for discharge, going to send her home when she can't even walk.
Thankfully my sister through a fit, got her sent to Baptist health again afterwards, were they found out that one of the ligaments on her knee was torn, and that she most likely will never use that leg properly again.

We're still pending further examination, but by the looks of things this facility crippled my mother with their neglect.
Me and my family are still discussing legal action, but if you care about your loved ones health, do not put them in this facility.
I wouldn't put a stray dog in this facility.
Do not make my mistake.
Please for the sake of your loved ones take the time to do some research and find a better facility.

My mother was sent here for rehab after spending 2 and a half weeks in the hospital after a fall and some other health issues that led to sepsis. In the rehab center, the nurses weren’t super helpful, were neglectful of the fact she still had issues, and even so neglectful that she could have died because they wanted to send her home because she “wouldn’t participate how they wanted her to”
She just got put back in the hospital because when they tried to throw her out, she couldn’t even get out of bed, or walk, or even so much as stand. My sister raised a stink until the administration came to take a look, just to find out that the leg she couldn’t walk on, has a torn ligament, and that’s why she can’t walk on it still. We got an update from the ER doctor, that because of the fact she was neglected, there is a good chance she will never be able to use that leg correctly again. I digress, due to the incompetence of the nurses and their lack of care to even check why a patient is hurting and can’t move, and instead just write down that she isn’t participating in the rehab program and get her kicked out. I do not recommend this facility to anyone looking for actual care.

Such helpful and caring staff, from admission to the aids and nurses in the halls. Tasty food. such a nice place, but mostly its the staff that makes me love this place so much and during such an emotional / stressful time of my life they were so very caring and understanding and made the transition a breeze!

My aunt needed Short term rehab & they provided excellent services. Everyone was so friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the therapists. I felt like my aunt was safe & cared for by the best!

I love this facility and the dedication of my staff. I have been an Adm. in my community for 38 years. My department heads have over 100 years of long term care service and many of those with me. I love this place so much that I have brought my own mother, two uncles, and an aunt for care. I have an uncle who currently is a resident here. It is a unique opportunity to be able to care for my friends parents as well.
Unfortunately, people get mad when the bar is high and they cannot perform and are fired OR quit. There are issues about people who want to post bad reviews relating to themselves. They are not posting the entire story and many times these reviews have multiple accounts for the same person.
As the Adm I understand we are not always a perfect fit for everyone that's why there are other facilities to chose from. Many time those that are complaining do not tell in the review that their family is still here.
Thank you to all who take time to allow people to see what we are really trying to do. It is our passion to take care of the elderly.

They treat employees and residents poorly, especially on the weekends when there is no management to oversee that patients are getting good treatment. I makes me fear every being place in a nursing facility. It is nice looking in from the outside,not really knowing what goes on within the walls. I quit working there and no longer wanted to be a part of it.

My mom has been in this facility for a little over 2 yrs. The caregivers in this facility are so good to my mom. They take such good care of her and I love that anytime they come in they say things like “I love you” or “what can I do for you” to my mom. They treat her with such affection and dignity! Lisa in particular is always a presence and is always there to answer questions, support my family as well as show compassion. I am beyond grateful for how this group of professionals are caring for my mom and am rest assured that she is receiving the best of care.
