Upstairs is freezing. Windows are left open all night.
Excessive noise from the street below. People leaving the bar across the street raise hell until 1 am. Making it even harder to sleep.
Racial issues verge on the brink of violence.
Spoke to the intake coordinator about moving to an empty bed in the corner so I sleep a bit better.
He said he couldn't.

NEVER going back to that place.

My experience was awesome I have great unwavering faith in God and although people can say good things and bad about the experience at SRM including me, I will say the lord lead me there during a difficult time in my life so regardless of any disagreements or personal feelings the help that was given to me was meant to be and I truly and lovingly appreciate all parties involved in helping me during that time THANK YOU SRM and God bless you all for your continued dedication and doing God's work.

Great place to eat, sleep and be around good people. Very accommodating and gracious people. Carlos and everyone else have been a blessing for me and many others. Great people doing great things. A good representation of Flagstaff's kindness and caring spirit

You can eat here if you're hungry. It's a safe place and quiet. Brekky is at 7am. Go there at 4-6pm, Vivian said to talk to them. Dinner is at 6pm. Folks are older and tougher so try not to 'cha' (run away) off. You can only get help if you stick it out. Women are welcomed.

Free dinner to all every night at the mission and unlimited desserts to take home! Martin the last cook and Dallas the new cook both rock and make the best food, such a variety and great religious service and music!

I was completely homeless and destitute with nowhere to go and freezing cold nights and these wonderful people took me in and fed me a hot breakfast snacks for lunch and a wonderful homemade dinner. Excellent mattress and blanket and I even got a Tempur-Pedic pillow. I cannot thank these people enough. ❤

I was in SRM and the discipleship program back in 2020-2021 before Johnathan and after a lot of amazing holy men were kicked out of the program by Johnathan and Kathy replaced everybody recently I was homeless due to bad situation I went back to the mission I was extremely sick with a disease and pneumonia and another infection that had caused medical issues in my lungs I was sick three day prior to going to the hospital I had called the ceo Miss Kathie to see if I could get a bed 2 days before that I wasn’t eating I was passed out in the stairwell for hours I slept outside the mission for hours could barely move or breathe and I made a call to the ceo bcuz a coordinator wasn’t sure if I could get into a bed to rest Mr. Johnathan had confronted because I had called miss kathie to ask if I could when I was in the program before they did so I called and asked her and Johnathan approach me the next morning saying I was trying to go over staff head he thought I was trying to control a situation but I just need help and I asked for it that was not my intention to do that and he told me that if I didn’t admit to why I did it so I just agreed with him too not get kicked out then he says if I did it again he would kick me out the shelter and I tried to meet kathie and Johnathan about said incident and kathie said she did not know so I want to ask the SRM COMMUNITY we’re has love and mercy gone in the homeless community at the mission I personally believe that God is a God of love yes it can be tough at times but Johnathan seems to use fear as a tool to get people to do what he wants them to do and I just wanted to share my experience and if I get kicked out so be it btw can be proven if h have disbelief if anyone from the board of directors would like to talk please call at will help as a minimum but if ur disabled or looking for help there are other options
