Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I appreciate all the help I receive. I think that I will need to re enroll with my family’s id’s I definitely did not receive what I should have for my family of 6. The car behind me were given 2 cakes, lots of food and there was a huge pallet of Pickle Dorito’s and I told my 14yr old that I was going to have them and some good snacks when she got home from school. I am very grateful for what I did receive.. but I for sure did not receive for 6. It was definitely for 1. I paid close attention to what was being given. I am not complaining. It was just very disappointing. And This church and volunteers are amazing. They are very organized and kind! The best volunteers! Just all through the holidays and after New years I noticed that I was receiving far less than usual. Thank You So much for all that you do.

I'm so sad and literally really hungry when I got to San Juan it was full at noon and I had to come back in 45 minutes at 1245 I've always had my 2 children on my account with me and I waited in line an hour after 45 minutes and saw them having big cakes and snacks and bags of chips so I was so happy for the teenagers I have at home And because literally I'm not allowed to eat those kinds of thit's to hear them saying that's 1 that's 1 Reminding the person that I'm just 1 person I'm not just 1 person and I didn't understand what they were saying until I got halfway around the corner and looked in the food to see that there's only enough food 4 1 person I'm so sad I spent money just to get out here and I'm going home with barely enough to feed us I appreciate them I have been coming when I need help and they have always been there but now I need to go back up there next month and ask them and show them my kids's I d's asked them why I've only been getting enough food for 1 person it's been the last few months I've noticed the food has been really scarce for me yet everyone around me was getting a lot Because they do give out good food and a lot of itperson and there's no snacks for the teenagers my heart is lily broke I've been going here for years when I need help

Came for the first time. Was here at 1159. No one told me what to do so I got in line. Then the lady directing traffic starts yelling at me. I didn't understand what she wanted me to do? She was so rude, and acting like I should know the process. The other lady let me in, as I'm driving in the first lady starts yelling again. I was trying to explain I didn't know what she wanted me to do. If you hate dealing with people don't volunteer working with people.

This place is awesome. April, Angelica and Jeff have big hearts and really care about the clients and volunteers. I am proud to volunteer here with so many amazing people. Patience is often required because there are so many people seeking assistance but you can be sure that you will be treated with respect and kindness.

This is primarily a drive-thru service, but those without a car can get food too. Currently those 60 and over or homeless should come at 11 am, Mon. Tues. Thurs. or Friday. Those under 60 should come at 12 noon. Expect to wait in your car about an hour before getting food, but don't come early. They will make you come back at a later time.

The people here are obviously trying to help a large number of people with limited resources, but there are still areas that could stand improvement. The food is too much bread, pastry & junk food, though there is some meat, dairy, fresh fruit & veggies. They probably need to hire a nutritionist, but I doubt they have funds for that. They seem to rely mostly on donations from grocery and convenience stores.

With 100+ degree days in the summer, distribution should start at 9 and 10 am, not 11 am and 12 noon. People running their cars to keep the air conditioner going is not healthy for the environment or the volunteers.

There are a few volunteers who speak other languages besides English, but not many. Maybe some don't have the best English reading skills? because I got a package of cat food with my food one day, dispite not having a cat or asking for pet food. There is some pet food available if you ask for it.

I can't express how grateful we are for this location. We have been down on our luck recently, with our money going to bills and dog food. Miss April and Miss Elizabeth were very friendly and helpful. Miss April even remembered us from the first time we came in for an emergency distribution. I can't wait till our luck turns around so we can pay it forward 🥹💖

Awesome people, working hard and helping so many families I was in shock how long the lines were and the food they gave was waaaay different than when I was younger..
Made the end of the month go a lot better with their help.. you don't even leave the car. It's impressive..
