Scale signals are confusing. Operator shouts on loudspeaker making you feel like you did something wrong while on scale and asks you to go to parking lot. Then you park and bring the papers inside, they pretend to take a look at papers and tell you to go. 15 minutes wasted
These guys are Such a burden on our economy.

We were at the rest area next to the port. Bathrooms were clean, they had a nice play area outside. Four stars because the way to get to the rest area was confusing.

When I make my run up to Spearfish, I have to go through the Sundance port both going to Spearfish and coming back from Spearfish. Generally about an hour and a half in between times but it’s easy and an easy out and all of the ladies and one gentleman that I’ve dealt with I’ve always been super nice. I have never seen them treat any truck driver anything but respectful and courteous.

While it's strange it's asking me to review a weigh station while Google wants to know while not a fan of state law forcing me to waste my clock showing the same papers over and over. These folks are always nice and just doing there jobs like us I can't complain about any bad moods or seeing any unfairness giving them 4 not 5 as again I don't like law that takes my time clock without reason other then I'm a trucker onto of that over n over but can't complain about the station doing its job

Confusing place, got a green light on the prepass but saw permanent signs instructing all to exit so I went in. Once in you'll see more confusing /contradictory signage. Bottom line is that they want you to come in and park and bring in your permit book. I'd say this could be streamlined and less confusing if they'd just throw everyone a red light on the prepass to begin with.
