We prefer "traditional" development patterns that emphasis sustainable quality of life communities, this brave new (old) world is possible if we get back to thinking about public return on infrastructure investments, thrift and simplicity.

I wish Brainerd folks would visit this office and meet the proprietor. He’s a spectacularly nice man with an amazing mind. He has a good idea or two every once and a while as well. The Christmas cookies are the best in the city.
