Architecture is badly planned.the condenser is outside the master bedroom. The air vents are between two windows so air hits my head all night causing nasal congestion and dryness.master bedroom is right next to neighbors garage so I hear them all night. Windows in every room are different sizes.master bedroom is in back and kids upfront so I never know what is happening or when anyone comes to the front. I was always afraid someone would snatch my kid out of the room. I give Three stars cause the price was affordable.

We were told we were approved to by a home 3 months later Buffy told us all kind of story why we can't get the house.and we gave them. $7000 and they will not give it back she said. we were ok to buy home and I was unemployed at that time .who dose this weres my money don't trust them get your own bank loan Buffy is a strait lier

This company has been dedicated to building in Merced County for over 4 decades and does it well. The quality of their home building, price point and customer service speaks for itself and the culture of the company, its staff, trade partners and owner are very professional. I highly recommend visiting their model centers, all are a bit different from one another in Los Banos and Merced, but allow the consumer to have so many choices of where to live and what home price point they are most comfortable with and their agents are well versed in many lending and purchase options for buyers.

Very expensive for location, Our new home is surrounded with homeless, junks & noise of big trucks. the house is not well insulated and can not even give you free refrigerator. We paid 420k nothing special.
