Great instructors that quickly make you feel comfortable. I wanted to learn womens self defense but was initially nervous because I didn't know anyone or how it all works, but they do a great job making you feel welcomed with a relaxed environment. The classes are really fun, and personally a great stress release time for me. And you get all that, all while learning to defend yourself! It's awesome!!

The floors tasted fantastic, the crew members were so friendly it was disgusting, the ceiling was too high, the was enough space to do cartwheels, but the desk was too small to do interpretive dance on. 99/100

My son has been going to SDA for over 1.5 years and we have had such a positive experience. He loves attending classes and achieving new goals (and of course, earning those stripes and belts!). SDA is a family run business and you really feel like you are family there. The instructors take the time to get to know each kid and teach them valuable life lessons but also the jujitsu techniques. I would highly recommend SDA if you are looking to have your child in any sort of marital arts/self defense classes.
