I was a client of this tax firm for more than 15 years. In the last 5 years, customer service has been terrible. So, I was not surprised when I called to access my previous tax returns and was told that my account had been terminated. Great! You're really bad at what you do and I will tell at least 10 people to stay away from your rotten firm. Found a new tax accountant today. Someone who is a professional too.

They lost my contact information and ended up filing my taxes late even though I gave my tax forms a few weeks beforehand. When I gave them my forms, I asked staff if it was okay to write my contact information on the envelope, which they stated that was okay. I had to pay double the standard price due to their mistake.
