I have been calling for 2 weeks straight and can’t get through. I’m pretty sure they aren’t taking anyones calls. It’s BS! Get ur stuff together Stanislaus county! Turn on ur dam phones and answer peoples calls!

The Turlock location is the only one I go to. The staff and Case Workers have always treated me nicely. Including the front desk security. I'm always in and out. When I leave, my needs and/or questions have been resolved. Thank You 😁

I get plenty of help with receiving food stamps. Patient enough to wait about 45 minutes the most. And phone call appointments are better just because there about 20-30 mins long. Its in my town a coupke blocks away. I have no conplaints.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD MY MOTHER CONSTANTLY STRUGGLES WITH THE WORKERS AND THEY CANNOT COMMUNICATE PROPERLY. THEY NEVER RELAY OR MAIL INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER EITHER. YOU NEED NEW EMPLOYEES.
