I have been calling for two weeks can’t get through. Finally was out on hold for over an hour and disconnected. I called at 8: am and still was told call volume was too high. Mean while I have no ebt because I never received a sat 7 to fill out

Omg!! I had to renew our 2 boys medical and was on hold for over 30 minutes!!! And no one answered!! This is ridiculous!! You work for the people! We pay your salary!!!

I have called several times and always placed on hold or get automated answering. Was told it was a 13-17 minute wait each time I called. Waited between 45 minutes and 90 minutes and no one ever came to the phone.
