Love how the changed the lay out of the store. Especially love how much more convenient it is to make donations. They don't have any specific hours they just have a couple baskets inside to drop stuff off in.

Needs improvement in way pricing somethings you can buy for new cheaper and color code system just plain dumb have to look for places with color code price price on sticker works much better most of the staff very friendly but not others must have forgotten their manners !! Filter their mouth also!! Ebony and the two men father son very personable new girl seem nice so far but otherwise they ok we learn as we move along!!

Nice things. However rude customer service. I also was going to buy a pair of sweat pants/pajama pants the tag said $2. It must have fell off because when I went to pay there was no tag and the lady just said oh well $4 our prices have gone up!

Good deals for thrift shoppers. All sorts of clothes, furniture, and odds and ends you may need around the house. Why buy new when you can get something almost new on the cheap?

I support this St. Vincent. Very kind staff. Love to recycle. It is one of the cleanest resale shops. Donation drop off is easy. They help also with other services for low income needs

Marquette needs improvements, Gwinn and Ishpeming are great. But marquette prices are super high! I hardly ever go to mqt. Store because of the prices and I live in mqt. (I think they are the most expensive used store around)
