Unwelcomed. That’s what they made us feel when we inquired about baptism here. We sent emails as we were not from the city; the parish secretary was responsive at first but we never had certain answers. I was asked to email the parish vicar, which we did, replied once, also with uncertainty then that’s it. I even left my contact number but still nothing. Now we do not know if we’re waiting for something or all our questions were just sent in the clouds. Disappointing.

Update: A day after I posted my review here, they finally replied. Amazing. They weren’t able to respond for a couple of days/weeks but were able to respond promptly right after they read my feedback. Point proved.

I had an upsetting day and was heading home quite sad, then I turned the wrong street and found this stunning church. Coincidentally was about to start the evening prayers that I quickly joined. The Reverend was very kind.

I haven’t entered a Church in ages, but suddenly I felt safe there.

An unexpected church which to our delight was open. Most of the church was quite plain except for the ?Lady chapel on the West side which was very ornate and had a lovely stained glass window. Sadly we could not find a guide which would have been helpful.

I went in here last December for a Christmas carol service. Of course, it's not going to have the splendour of St Paul's, but it's a pretty little local church, with a calming, spiritual atmosphere. I'd describe the interior as quaint and elegant.

The environment here is very good, but there is no parking space, the room is very old and traditional, you can feel the various cultures of the church
