My parents have lived here for a little over five years. I’ve been impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are, including the CNA’s (certified nursing assistants), staff that runs the activities and exercise programs, and the wait staff. Would definitely recommend St. Paul’s Plaza to anyone looking for an independent/assisted living facility.

I have worked at The Plaza since it opened in 2015. I love our community of staff and residents. What has always stayed the same is the quality of the staff the company employ. Men and women who serve with heart and compassion to provide a place where our seniors feel safe, cared for and can thrive. Are there challenges? Of course, but the many good things that occur every day far outway the bumps in the road. I plan to stay and do my best to serve our seniors for as long as I am able. Knowing I can bring joy and laughter and make a difference to our seniors is wonderful!

Don't know where to start but my biggest question is why no BBB accreditation? Any company for profit or non-profit should be BBB accredited to instill confidence in the public that their loved ones are being cared for and not taken advantage of financially or otherwise. I have lived 2.6 years I am independent living. They forced me to take the food package when I moved in in 4/2022. I can buy my own food and prepare myself. The service and quality of food provided is subpar to say the least. I asked how much are you charging me for food service each month and they refuse to disclose. My conservative guess is minimum $25 per day. I wanted this charge removed from my monthly bill as I have not eaten or participated in their food program for 27 months. That equals about $20k plus since i have been here. I refuse to pay any further rent until they credit me money owed for money they pocketed because I refuse the food program. This is highway robbery and they are taking advantage of senior citizens. We are now going to court as they are trying to evict me. I am not going to let them get away with this. Not only for myself but other senior citizens that are considering living here. Avoid this place at all costs until they are willing to change their policies regarding individuals that do not not want to participate in the mandatory food service. I will post again after the results of the court decision. I am confident I will be vindicated and will provide better options for all tenants moving forward.
