Fr Roy tries to be as Orthodox as possible, while remaining down to earth, witty, humorous, and charitable. He may not always tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear which can be a hard pill to swallow at times. Yet, it's the best kind of medicine for the soul! I wouldn't trade him as a priest here for anybody else! Parishioners are warm and welcoming, as well. I like how the mass said here has actual HYMNS and is a reverent mass without electric guitars and a worldly, Protestant concert "feel". The focus is on prayer, Jesus, and the Eucharist, and not on man. And, I hope that never changes here! Thank you Father Roy for your leadership and for giving your heart and soul to each member. My son and I love you!

I was baptized, had my first communion and confirmation here. It is a beautiful church. However it seems the diocese has put this parish in hospice. They seemingly forcibly retired father Tom (opinion). Putting a priest who's priority seems to be holy rosary and preparing st.marys for its inevitable closure in his place. Makes me sad.

Not only is the priest warm , caring and genuine, the people of the congregation are as well. Everyone seems to love the fact that we are there to Adore our Loving GOD, through the sacrifice of the Mass and know socializing is a by-product of the Love he gives us.
