Called because San Bernardino County family court has this business on their approved list of parenting classes, but the receptionist swore up and down that there is no way that they can do parenting classes for that court. That they only service La county, I asked if there was a manager available to discuss this because they are approved by San Bernardino and I would like to give you guys my business because you're close to me, but no she was very adamant that you guys do not help anybody for San Bernardino and she said the manager was not available, as a business owner myself I figured the owner needs this feedback because that receptionist is causing you guys not only income but your reputation. And if you really don't service San Bernardino County please let the court know so they can take you off the list because you're just wasting everybody's time.
Phone call was at 9:40 a.m. on 11/22 in case you would like to speak to that person to stop costing you business.
