Throughout my timer Spectrum I enjoyed the way they are able to work with the parents schedule. Both Alicia and Tyffany were very educated on the different developmental stages of children and they both taught me new tips and tricks for parents to practice. They both brought me reading material to go over in between every visit and then we would talk about it on the following visit. I really would recommend Spectrum as a suggestion to anyone interested. Thankyou Alicia and Tyffany and thankyou Spectrum.

Spectrum Child and Family is by far the worst agency ever. They are rude and so very disrespectful. They don't listen to nor comply to your needs when it comes to you the parent nor of the well being of the children. I feel that their main look out is for the foster-parent which is not fair. I went through hell dealing with this phony agency I never seen a bunch of people like these in my life. It hurts me to my heart to deal with a bunch of uncaring people especially when your children are under their care. I hope and pray that this agency gets seen for all and everything they do wrong. We as parents (children) deserve respect and we just don't get it.

I’m disturbed by the way they mishandled these cases they moved children from good homes to homes that damn near killing kids they not straight at all

They don't do what there supposed to do for the children they are supposed to be about the children not the parent yes reuniting the parents with the children are important but after 5 years the children don't even know the parents
