It was fine. The administration staff was very helpful. The social service director went above and beyond to help us make my mom’s transition so much more easier. Tanesha Lear sat down with us to discuss how to approach this sensitive matter. She then went in and talked to our mom and made her understand and be aware of what was happening. This is likely THE best facility in Metropolitan Milwaukee and is run by an extremely capable and kind staff. The staff is hard working, considerate and goes above and beyond on a daily basis to show compassionate and energetic care to its community. The leadership is the best you can find and has created a staff that is committed and highly skilled when it comes to providing care. Folks are in excellent hands here. Thank you Southpointe!!!

My uncle sadly landed at your facility. The care was terrible the staff barely got him up to walk and did not provide the proper care to avoid pressure ulcers. He was left in bed and sadly developed severe pressure sores in multiple places. I don't know if you have several locations but the Loomis Road center does not provide the proper care needed. My aunt finally took my uncle home to work on rehabbing him with home care services. This seems like a major Medicare violation and I highly discourage anyone letting their loved one stay at this location. This is a very sad unfortunate situation for our family.

My husband was then for 4
Weeks, they about killed him. He has a sore on his tailbone that wasn't cared for properly. It was bigger than a silver dollar & deep to the bone
After we had it examined by a registered nurse. My husband did pass away. And I blame them at South Pointe.

I want to say THANK YOU to the ENTIRE staff at SouthPointe, mostly the ones working in the Brewer Hill section. Thank you for making my father's final months there an enjoyable one especially during his "end of life phase". I appreciate you all!

I don't do reviews. However, my grandma broke her foot and stayed there for a month. She usually keeps to herself. She had nothing but pleasant things to say. I went to visit her
and I was astonished by the staff. Courteous and professional, smiles all around. Special thanks of gratitude to Jenna Baumann. Her care for my grandma made all the difference. Now, my grandma won't shut up about her or that place!
