Doctor was fine and nice but the billing is a joke. Called me months after to ask why I haven't paid my bill when I haven't received a bill from them. I called and the guy was nice and all but since when and why would it be on file to say not to send out a bill. How else would you know you need to pay a bill if you don't get one. Something sounds shady here! It's a Wonder why y'all have 3 stars and such bad reviews. Sorry but I'll never go here again.

I saw Dr. Fitz and he was great! He really listened, took the time to ask questions, and answered my questions. I didn't feel like he rushed. I would highly recommend him!

I can’t express how happy I am with the results that I have seen with therapy. Every one of the therapists have been encouraging, kind, supportive, and all around amazing!! I highly recommend Therapy Services!

Unprofessional and vindictive administration is the main problem of this place… but unfortunately have some bad apples in their staff too. Took my baby to the ER because she had a seizure and was told by the ER doctor that she didn’t have a seizure even thought he didn’t even do a UA, no blood work, no CT, NOTHING but looked at her. He said she had an ear infection and a mild traumatic brain injury and he then prescribed her an antibiotic and told us to go home! I took her to Evanston Hospital for a second opinion the very next morning and she didn’t have an ear infection! Had to discontinue the antibiotic. We got sent on to primary children’s hospital and she was diagnosed with EPILEPSY! Don’t waste your time with this place it’s a joke. Save yourself a lot of time, money and heartache and just drive to Evanston or Utah.

Dr. was fine, billing department... Maybe didn't graduate from elementary school? We got our initial bill 18 months after we came. (After they failed to correctly bill insurance) We luckily still had the insurance information from that time and called. I spelled out the insurance, gave correct numbers and dates. We kept getting bills, each time with a new late fee. We called every single time to set things straight. Each time they lied about rebilling the insurance which I know because eventually I mentioned how frustrating this was and the agent said they only tried billing twice. Each time they spelled our insurance wrong in spite of me very clearly spelling it out for them. There was never even a note on file about our previous calls. This happened at least 4 times.

After getting the debt collector bill months and months after believing they finally got the information in correctly, we were so confused and frustrated. THE DEBT COLLECTOR is more honest and helpful than this hospital's billing department. We tried to get the hospital to take back the debt to bill insurance and actually get more money. They lied EVERY SINGLE TIME we called, sayin, "oh yeah, we'll get that back." How do I know they were lying and not just stupid? When we called the debt collector they told us that they tried to sell it back and the hospital said, "no we don't want this debt back." Thank goodness the debt collector can bill insurance because he might actually know how to spell and put things in correctly. Here's to hoping I don't have to sue the hospital.

I delivered my sweet baby at this hospital! It was an awesome experience. The nurses take the time to make sure that all your needs and wants are met. I was super anxious and the nurses did a good job of helping me feel better and didn't make me feel like I was just another patient.
The Anesthesiologist doctor Parry (I think its spelt) was OVER THE TOP AMAZING. She deserves an award for how truly completely outstanding she was! Traveling 1.5 hours to deliver here was well worth it!

Growing up in Kemmerer I have always been grateful for the hospital and their friendly and welcoming staff. However over the last few years there have been a lot of changes in staff and management that I feel have greatly affected the overall quality of this facility.

Melissa Cassidy is the manager of the acute care floor where my sister has been admitted, and Melissa has been anything but welcoming or friendly since the moment my sister arrived. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sisters stay is uncomfortable as well as cut short because she doesn't agree with why she is there. She has acted completely unprofessional throughout my sisters entire stay thus far and, in my opinion, has thrown the book of ethics out the window.

I understand Melissa may not agree with why a patient is there, but I also feel she owes each patient the same respect as the next, as she is the one that chose this profession.

For the most part I think the staff and management have been GREAT! They have stepped up and taken great care of my sister even in the face of their own manager not doing so, and for those employees I am grateful.

The reason I am giving this facility a 1 star rating is because I feel that if it weren't for the select few employees that are working hard and doing their job professionally, Melissa would have thrown my sister out. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what we have gone through.
