Nothing like hearing your customer service lady you spoke with talking crap about you not having a clue about what's going on behind closed doors. The fact that you didn't even check to see if you hung up the line before even mentioning my situation to another representative about my case is a violation of my rights. She had no right to speak about my case after hanging up the phone with me. I myself worked as a customer representative know that cases are not to be discussed after you are no longer on anyone's profile let alone when you're off the phone with them. Then on top of that their supervisor never answers the phone!!

Me and my bf have been TRYING so hard to get food stamps, I'm 38 weeks pregnant, we starve 3 days out the week, staying in a hotel room. ? They still won't give us any food stamps ? and they can't do they're jobs right at all, they let people that don't even need food stamps get them so that's why they don't believe us when we've been telling them it's very important that we get these stamps because it's hard being pregnant and having to starve. I don't know what we're going to do now and I can go into labor anytime soon now and it's just going to be a disaster..
