This place is just where you want to be if you want to get the best physical therapy. I am so impressed with the way they treated me and helped me through my most difficult time. Physical therapy occupational and speech therapy are superb. I also want to recognize the CNAs and nurses that helped me and thank you so very much.

My mother left the facility with fungus on her neck.buttocks.groin.armpits.
side of her body and with a pnuemonia.

We brought my mother to the sharp chula vista for her rushes because she keeps on scratching day and night.
We found out from the sharp doctor that the rushes are fungus and had a yeast infection.

Don’t believe any of these reviews. I’m sure they are paid To say these things.
The elder person here has been put to bed with wet socks, not showered, or changed for a whole day. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes for the CNA to have time to tell me she would change the person and when she said she did she came back 40 minutes later. I checked at the “nurses station” multiple times. I have walked around myself to see elderly people falling off beds. Freezing cold trying to grab on a blanket while nothing is there for them. I have witnessed the activities person yell “yay” while every single elderly person there is sitting and looking uncomfortable. They do not help anyone eat their meals, they do not care if the alarm is going off. They do not care about patients. This is just a place where people come to pretend to work. Please don’t take your loved ones here. 9/27/2024

I had my grandma in this facility for 5 months due to an accident she had. She now says those were her best 5 months of her life. Everyone was so nice and very supportive. They helped my grandma with everything she needed to get better. I 100% recommend this facility for you or your loved ones.

This place is heartless. God forbid one of you nurses has something happen to someone in your family and you are treated in the same regard that you treat others. My son was sent here after having surgery and I called everyday to to speak to my son or a nurse taking care of him they kept giving me the run around no one would contact me after numerous messages left I never was able to speak to my son then I find out they sent him somewhere else and acted as if they didn't know where he was sent. Just heartless

I have worked here for almost 3 years and I really enjoy the environment. It is a good place to bring your loved ones. Physical therapy is great especially Alex, he is very helpful all the time.

My 91 year old Mother was at South Bay Post Acute for 7 weeks to recover from injuries after a bad fall. Our experience there was great.

The caregivers were helpful, kind, and polite. The facility is well maintained and very clean.

The physical and occupational therapists were especially helpful and knowledgeable. We watched her progress with therapy and enjoy going. It was amazing to see my moms progress with their instructions and assistance.

The social services and case management team was very helpful when discharging mom and making sure she had all the necessary equipment needed for a safe and easy transition to home.

10/10 would bring my mom here again.
