I just had to share this heartwarming experience we had at Sorensen Ace Hardware! My toddler is absolutely obsessed with construction equipment—he spots every dump truck, excavator, and backhoe wherever we go. We pass by Sorensen Ace every day on our way to and from daycare, and there's one piece of equipment he’s particularly smitten with, which we've affectionately named Bert.

Today, on our way to feed the ducks along the canal, we decided to pop into the yard to check out all the machinery, including Bert. To our delight, a wonderful gentleman who was working nearby noticed my son's excitement. He generously invited us over and allowed my little one to climb onto the excavator! Watching him push and pull all the handles, moving the equipment back and forth with sheer joy was priceless.

This kind man truly made my son's day—and possibly his entire week—by letting him "ride" Bert and explore all the controls. I didn't catch his name, but he is an absolute gem! Thank you for your kindness and for making a little boy's dreams come true. We can’t wait to come back and visit Bert again! Highly recommend stopping by for anyone with little construction enthusiasts! 🚜💖

I love this store, always have. Today however, not so much. The two young people working this morning were not helpful at all. I purchased 2 /24 packs of water. Neither offered to help or call for help. Just told me to have a nice day when I said something. I'd love to give more stars but not today. Update; I had to return because I noticed on my receipt I was charged for something I didn't purchase. Manager very pleasant. Took care of it. All your employees should be like him. He gets 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ s Thank you.

Recently renovated to add much more selection & products is a big improvement from years past. Also kept very clean - aisles are functional & organized. Their prices are no higher than what you'd hope to find. I can also easily find a friendly, knowledgeable & helpful floor rep.anytime, unlike the big warehouse stores. Just an all-around great neighborhood local hardware store!,⛓️🔧👷👍🛠️

This is a great neighborhood hardware store that has everything the big box hardware stores don’t carry. It’s a friendly family like atmosphere where they welcome their customers and spend quality time with them for their shopping needs. I like the assistance they offer and are very knowledgeable with all the hardware supplies they carry. A nice store and centrally located here in town.

They have an awesome selection but for a price lucky for them there way out yandere with no big box stores ...yet but there shelves are stocked up with stuff I've never seen at Lowes or home Depot a vast pallet of personal choices for that it's worth the extra buck or two in my book.

Good customer service, greeted at entry door by staff immediately. Explained working on a garage project, staff recommended materials and project completed. Staff knowledgeable of materials for projects,unlike Home Depot. I like the points for shopping there, instead of just a monthly bill. I bought serveral large items in the past. A large Grill and dog run were delivered and assembled for free. Love Sorensen Ace Hardware. Thank you. One happy shopper.
