The employee's are very helpful. But if you wish to talk to somebody about your information your case worker is not there. You have to speak to someone on the phone or just try an answer questions over the phone that will never resolve the problem.

My experience has been very poor, the assistants don't care about the people or their problems that come though, I've seen many people leave crying, and I've been trying to get my own services but have to wait stupid lengths of time and every time the front desk lady's are very rude and disrespectful, we're all here for a reason that isn't good so more negativity isn't the answer and y'all need to fix this system.
