If we could give a score lower than 1 star - we would. We hired Social High Rise during the pandemic with the hope that they would provide a solid service for our firm. They had no social strategy, no clearly defined process and no consistent way to communicate. A few weeks of working with them we were unhappy with the CONTENT, the POSTING SCHEDULE and the BRAND MESSAGING STRATEGY. All were wrong.

We quickly realized that they :
DID NOT COMMUNICATE WELL OR TIMELY: (They would NOT answer the phone and would email us DAYS later to arrange a meeting)

DID NOT HAVE A GRAPHIC DESIGN PROCESS, PROVIDE CUSTOM GRAPHICS OR A BRAND IDENTITY FOR OUR COMPANY : Most of our posts were reshares, reposts from followers or were visually uninteresting posts that lacked appeal and did not generate interest.

DID NOT UNDERSTAND STORY-TELLING: They were incapable of translating our work or our brand image, demographic or target audience.

What sows up on Social Media is important. After 3 months of working together we terminated our contract and removed their ability to post on our behalf and asked them to send us our posts. THEY DECLINED TO POSTS, REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR POSTS ( CONTENT & DESIGNS) AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO REACH AN AMICABLE RESOLVE. They owe us 3 weeks of posts.
