Preface: I only live ~4 hours from this shop.

That said, I ordered a deck and grip on a Thursday at 2:35pm, and it was delivered and in my hands by 1:53pm on Friday, less than 24 hours later. My order was correct, packed well, and prices were totally fair. Appreciate the selection of blanks with the woodshop clearly indicated. Likely my new go-to online shop.

I have been a loyal customer of SoCal Skate Shop for the past 6 years. Every transaction and Item that I have purchase through the website has been seamless with a high level of customer service.

Take a look at the 9" shaped decked (yellow stain) that I ordered, and plastered it with F1 decals.

Awesome. Awesome shop. Jist bought a full deck here and they helped with everything. They were super patient. (To the person who assembled my flight deck, thanks so much. I was late to pick up my daughter so I left without asking your name, thanking you properly, or tipping if that was what I was supposed to do). Great friendly environment. I just need to get better.

Love this place! When I went in on 5/12/2019 I was helped by the fella with longer blonde hair and a cap on (sorry I didn't ask for the name). All the guys in the shop offered their help which was so appreciated. Anyway, he was insanely helpful. Super kind. He took the time to help me and my boyfriend look at inventory from the back on the computer. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he delivered immediately. He brought out 2 boards, both different sizes and allowed me to test them out. I found the board I was looking for within 10 minutes. (Z-Flex) and that was my first time buying my own board. Great great energy in this place.

This skate shop is amongst the very best! My first trip here a week ago I had a really good experience with the dudes working there, and today I made another purchase to add to my growing quiver.(caliber 3's on the ARBOR, and Orangatang Stimulus' on the OMAKASE).the customer service was outstanding, fast communication, and expedited order for pickup. I ordered some skateboard wheels off their website since they were cheaper and available there than other places. They accidentally send me wheels that were slightly larger but otherwise identical to the ones I actually ordered. After I rode on them for a bit I realized they were the wrong wheels, and emailed Mike about it. He was super cool and said to just keep the incorrect wheels to use on a different setup and immediately initiated a shipment of the correct wheels with no charge. Very impressed with the customer service handling that shipping error, I'll definitely stop by their website whenever I'm looking for more parts/hardware.

Amazing customer support! I accidentally ordered the wrong thing from their website, and I emailed them about it. They got back to me same day, they were super easy to work with and resolved my issue very quickly. This all happened on a Saturday, and by Monday I got an email saying the correct items had been shipped.
