We absolutely love staying here! It’s one of the few casinos we can go to and take our child with us! The childcare center is absolutely amazing and we’ve been taking our now four year-old kid there since he was six months old a few times a year. The concerts are amazing and the credit you get for the casino if you buy concert, tickets is nice as well.

Went for my sons 18th birthday and we had an outstanding time! I planned to gamble $500 and the slot machines are so good that the money lasted 5 hours and I went home with $200! At MGM or Motor City the money would have been gone in half the time because their machines are so tight.
Although i didnt win, it was worth every penny. My son won $800 (beginners luck)! It was seriously so much fun we already booked to go back.

The drink selection was good. I had hard seltzers. Lots of flavors to choose from. They were expensive but id rather have expensive drinks and enjoy my time playing versus cheap or free drinks and tight machines.
The video game slots were the best ever.
The interactive bonuses last a long time! We hit many bonuses that lasted multiple minutes! Great graphics too. Nice, modern machines.

Alcohol was not free but there's a wonderful free coffee and soda area that you can just go to and help yourself.
The rooms were fine. Nice and quiet. Beds were good. Clean. They gave us extra coffee which was a godsend for the following morning.

The only thing that wasn't good was the food in the food court. The pizza was gross and the lines were all slow and very long. After waiting 25 minutes for Mexican with the line not moving I decided on pizza and it took a half hour to get a slice. I have no clue why on earth the lines don't move. When we go back next week we will be doing a restaurant instead, problem solved.

Seriously if you are debating going here, do it! Especially if you love video slots!

This review is for the concert venue. We were looking forward to seeing the Aaron Tippin Roots and Boots show. I had no idea that we would be watching TELEVISION the entire show. This venue has many seats off to the sides that give you NO possibility of actually viewing the performers on the stage!!!!! Be aware, if your seats are not in the center directly in front of the stage, you might just as well stay home and watch YouTube...

Went there yesterday for the first time. Signed up for players card. They said we would get 10 dollars free play. It was not added to our account. Guess they lied. The person who signed us in. I think her name was gina. No customer service skills at all. Not nice and welcoming to guests coming to the casino. Not even an hello. She needs to be trained on customer service. I will be back to gamble. We went for a few hours. From 6 to 10 p.m

Went for my boys birthday who has autism. Never been and it was amazing! They have sensory rooms all over, the staff were all so patient and helpful, understood he needed more help with the water slide and wave rider. We went on a Friday expecting it to be crazy busy but honestly wasn't. You can have food in Waterpark or dine it, or delivered to room. There is a shuttle to take adults to casino we didn't go so don't know how that goes. Hotel was organized and clean. Check in was easy, they even had little craft tables set up to keep kids busy. Will recommend to anyone, and attend the hotel again.

Was there for the Josh Turner concert that was fantastic! Loved the smaller more intimate seating and larger seats then at stadiums.

Overall I have no complaints it has the typical things about a casino, high price food, tables, lots and lots of slots a huge poker room. Overall one of the best casinos I've been to in Michigan. Free drinks in the center is pretty awesome as well. I also really enjoy when your into a game having someone offer to get me a drink is pretty awesome as well. Dealers were great as well overall a really fun time I recommend it.

It was clean and everyone was very helpful. However you can hear everything from everywhere in the rooms. Also I had a light in the bathroom clicking on and off all night which freaked me out. But overall it was a good night.
