It’s been over a year and a half since I moved in, still have an open punch list of things to finish/repair. I’m not big on leaving bad reviews, but it’s hard for me to watch more of their homes get built in my neighbor while I’ve waited, followed up, and asked again and again for them to finish mine. Their work isn’t the best, but I didn’t have many options. Do a good walkthrough before you move in and get things fixed before you settle, otherwise they may never get done. I had to point things out to the builder like a shower kit installed upside down, outlets not grounded, cabinets not finished, screen door installed backwards, I had to finish wiring my ac/heating unit that night I moved in, I could see daylight through my “finished” basement ceiling, roof leaked first snowfall, the list goes on and on and every time I pointed something out I was treated poorly and like I was a bother to them. I can’t recommend them to anyone. Maybe I drew a short stick because anytime I bring something up it’s “well unfortunately you had this person and they are no longer with us…” I just hope they will reach out to me and finish their work.
