My Husband is at SKLD Ionia for about one week he is very happy with his care. The nurses check on him often to see if he would like anything, always having ice water there for him. Keeping him dry when he has a little accident. Also sitting up care when he comes home SKLD takes care of it all ... Bed wheelchair , therapy anything he would need for recovery. Very helpful to the family. I give them A+ Thank You to the staff you are Awesome 🙏

NEVER IN YOUR LIFE PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE THEY ARE RACIST THEY DONT TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT MY FATHER IS THEIR AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HIM THEY HAVE ESPECIAL TREATMENT FOR OTHERS THAT THEY LIKE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSE.

My mom went into Skld in Ionia for rehab and during therapy she fell and after that she's never been the same. My mom has had a lot of infection in and out of the hospital. They let her Medcaid get canceled because they never renewed it. Then they tell me she has no bill to pay and has insurance then the next minute she don't. Only a couple of nurses gets on the ball in taking care of her they leave her in bed all day. There's more that is wrong with this place but I wont go into anymore details. I will will not get a hold of the business office is because they r the problem.

Although my care at SKLD was unplanned, I felt that the employees and all staff members took excellent care of me. My admission process was very smooth with Jen, the Admission Director, in communicating with the hospital. The therapy staff was very good and motivating. If necessary, I would choose SKLD IONIA as my first choice. The food was great 95% of the time. Nurse Kim A took very good care of me.

My husband came to your facility from the hospital. He died there and he was well taken care of clean, warm and dry. I was very impressed and very glad since I am also a nurse good care was given.

What a wonderful experience for my mom. They took great care of her so I could get a respite break from being her caretaker. Have already scheduled another stay. Love the staff there!

My Great Grandma lived here for almost 8 years. The staff was and still is amazing. They took amazing care of her and treated us all like family. My Grandma and I still come and visit regularly and love everyone here.

My stay here has been a wonderful experience. The workers are nice,pleasant, harding working and family oriented. The food is tasty, management was professional and I would recommend SKLD Ionia to anyone.
