All I can say is I didn't want to leave.
Mother Angelica didn't spare a dime building this Shrine and the grounds in order to Glorify God. I felt like I was in Paradise.
My wife and I also stayed at the Saint Joseph's Cottage house right down the beautiful street from the Shrine.
Kevin the owner was absolutely wonderful to my wife and I. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He'll treat you better than your family!

This place is incredible. Over 25 years my wife and I have been here many times and each time is a wonderful experience. If you've never been, make plans to go. I highly recommend.

So beautiful and such a great place for prayer. Gift shop is a bit pricey - just remember your purchases there support Mother Angelica's vision and mission. I love it. I’ll be doing my Christmas shopping there when I pass through again ⚜

A Heavenly and a spiritually edifying experience. I'm glad photos and video aren't allowed in the shrine-allowing one to immerse in the divide. I loved the multiple sites and shrines on the premises. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.

What a blessing to the world! This special place is a wonderful pilgrimage for Catholics or anyone seeking a place to go and rest for a while in the presence of Christ. We spent the entire day there. We attended mass in the lower church, went to confession in the chapel, participated in Eucharistic Adoration, and 2 tours- one of the Shrine and the other of the St. John Paul Eucharistic Center. We also loved their gift shop. My sisters and I highly recommend visiting here.
