Worst customer service ever! 3 times now we have had an order for oil and it was not delivered. I placed an order on a Friday, I was told it would be delivered next Friday, a week away. The next Friday came and went and no oil. No call explaining why just nothing... Again! I called and left a message asking to talk to the owner. Nothing all weekend. Monday I call and the receptionist tells me that they prioritize those with 1/4 tank or less and they only have 1 truck and he ran out of oil on the truck....I live 1/4 mile from the shop.. How was I not first? Oh yeah, my oil was not low enough for them to care. I then asked her when I would get oil and she said end of the week. Another week wait? 2 weeks? The owner never called me, never tried to explain or save my business so I canceled my order and went with another company. This company is garbage! Use a real oil company with more than one truck and who has a set schedule for deliveries.

They won't be in business for much longer if they can't make their deliveries. It is Friday, I ordered oil on Monday, it's 11° and I will run out of oil any minute. They don't have an emergency number and are closed weekends.
