Has helped when nothing else could. I'm very thankful to the staff here and the help they've given me.

Yes be prepared to arrive early or wait a while. I don't think that's really worth complaining about when they've done so much to help uninsured folks.

I want to give Shepherds Hope 5 stars for how caring the staff is but BE CAREFUL IF THEY REFER YOU TO ADVENT HEALTH. They made me believe I could receive services at no charge and now Advent Health is billing me out of nowhere as self pay. It's a nightmare because I can't afford this and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Sadly I was given false "hope."

Thank you to the men and women dedicated to helping others. I looked up Shepherds Hope on the suggestion of our pharmacist. We were attempting to help one of our customers with unique circumstances. They later returned and thanked us for the recommendation and help the were given by the wonderful people of Shepards Hope sharing Center.

I called about getting help to cover a tooth extraction (after being referred by someone in my church) & was very rudely told that there are no dental clinics now. When I told them I have a dentist & just need help covering the $80 that my insurance won't cover, she was even ruder! She very nastily said "yeah, we don't do that, we only help people that DON'T have insurance" I guess if you're a single mother struggling to make ends meet, you aren't allowed to ask for help.

It's a great place to seek care. The wait is a bit long but other than that it's a good place to seek care. But I will now go to the American Muslim Community Clinic in Longwood you can schedule an appointment online, fill out new patient paperwork, register an online health account and there's no expedited wait time.
