I've been a member of this congregation since 1989 when I was three years old. My parents met and got married here, and I was baptized here. The church has been through many changes over the years, but the heart of the church always remains the same. I would recommend this place of worship highly to anyone.

Shepherd of the Lakes is great! Ask anyone at the church, what made you come to this church and why do you stay they will tell you, it's the people... there is such a sense of family, love, support and faith! Sometimes I come just for the people connection. There are great outreach ministries, the music program is awesome and our youth program continues to grow and add life to the church.
I am delighted to be able to be a part of this fantastic place... this church exemplifies what Christian love is about. The new Pastor, Pastor Nik, is a perfect fit for the church. His sermon series have been inspirational and truly help me understand how to apply the Good News to my life. In fact one week I am SURE he wrote the sermon with only me in mind... of course so did everyone I talked to. The Holy Spirit is alive and prospering at Shepherd of the Lakes!
