My name is Javier Cardenas me and my family were homeless gray Program grace services for family orientated nice structure. Staff are great food hygiene, soaps, even baby clothing, baby hygiene. They had all that towels. It was brand new. It’s a blessing and it’s a blessed staff and everybody that works there it’s worth it, who wants to be there? I understand but it’s a great service. My fiancé Joelesha helped me and actually motivate me to do the program and it was worth it. 2024 August 3 thank you and our caseworker His name was Anthony Gray worker Gray caseworker also and helped us a lot and throughout the struggle we made it through it me and my family. It’s a blessing. God bless him and his family and the program thank you.

This program is ridiculous it’s getting out of control upper management really need to think about the management they have at this moment. They are very about themselves only care about housing their own family, then housing the families from the street that I’ve been waiting for a year on the waiting list for any housing opportunities. The staff here are very lazy. Don’t like to do anything get angry when you ask for anything the manager there is never to be seen. Somebody and upper management really needs to take a look at the staffing they have at the moment. When I arrived there, I seen that several staff member leaving with several things it’s embarrassing. At this point that staff members to steal from a homeless shelter. If you were donating to the shelter, I would advise you to donate to somebody else.

This place was very comfortable that got me in the right steps to an apartment through their program. There Progect Offers lots of programs and working with you, “one on one”to getting housing for you, or your family. I would like to thank all the staff. “Especially Brittany my case manager. Personally I’m so thankful for Brittany my case manager she went Above and beyond! She went out of her way for me !! I recommend this place if you are experiencing any homelessnesses,

I was asked to edit my review.. because Brittany was "hurt" by my review. Though I saw and heard the way That woman spoke to my mom! She was rude and she disregarded the way my mom felt about sentimental things.. she threw my mom's things in the trash because it was dirty... My parents were promised certain things to help in their place. Now most of what they promised isn't happening...This place Did find housing for my parents though. At least my parents Are happy.

I'm grateful for this place! Thank you Salinas for thinking of the families ALL YEAR ROUND!! Thank you to the program directors and community leaders who helped make it possible. My family is now sheltered and receiving much needed services. I really hope this program keeps running.

BACS IS EVERYTHING GOOD IN THE WORLD. THE BEST SHELTER EVER AROUND WE CATER TO THE PEOPLE AND WE ENCOURAGE THEM AND TEACH THEM SKILLS TO MAKE IT ON THEIR OWN. IF YOU REALLY KNOW BACS YOU KNOW WE ARE A VERY GOOD SHELTER THAT SPECIALIZES IN HOUSING.
