I was a patient at Shadelands Pist Acute for three months, from January to April 2025. I have nothing but praise for the Shadelands facility. It is beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff members are all kind and caring people. I will start with the therapy personnel, the CNAs, the wound care personnel, the LVNs/RNs, the transporters, the activity directors and lastly, the laundry and cleaning staff. They are all attentive, kind and caring. I actually enjoyed my stay at there, and would return there if I need a facility again. Wonderful facility!

Had to update my review with pictures because the Christmas decorations are so pretty.

Aside from Shadelands being a well kept facility, the staff truly create a warm, healthy environment. I accompanied my 96y/o Nouna here a few years ago, as she was healing from a fractured pelvis(she healed well and sooner than expected for her age, thanks to the high quality care here), and now my dad with a foot infection and a host of other issues. PT&OT team is still as good as they were back then. I miss some of the faces I used to see but, from directors to house keeping, this place is heaven-sent. I have peace of mind with my loved ones in their care. God bless you people👍

I had a good experience at Shadelands. The large, private rooms, each with an attached bathroom are nice. The staff who provided the services, whether the nurses, the CNAs, or others, were friendly and helpful and responded quickly when I pressed my call button. The physical and occupational therapists were very good. The only criticism I would have is that I had different PT and OT therapists each day for my relatively short stay of only five days. It would have been beneficial I think to have more continuity in that area.

But overall, my experience at Shadelands was very positive.

I highly recommend Shadelands Post Acute. My mother had an extended stay at Shadelands and was very pleased with the care and compassion of the entire staff.

The facility is fairly new and is very clean and well organized for the care and rehab of patients.

Everyone from the front office staff, nursing staff, doctors and the maintenance personnel were friendly and caring.

The nursing staff were very attentive and all of the CNA's were fantastic. Shout out to the CNAs Trina, Zanita and Erica who were very caring and professional in their care of my mother.

The physical therapy team (PT and OT) is excellent and the physical therapy room is well equipped.

The food is fresh and of high quality and attentive to special requests.

There are scheduled activities like musicians who perform for the patients.

A family member was a patient for 6 weeks at Shadelands. This postacute care facility is top notch. A beautiful building, delicious food and most importantly, the nursing staff, the PTs, the OTs and doctors were attentive, knowledgeable and caring. There were also a number of fun activities such as chair yoga, floral arranging, bingo and musical performances too. A care facility with an enlivened atmosphere as your loved one gets strong enough to return home.

The entire nursing staff are absolutely amazing. The amount of pure care and concern is reflected in everything they do. Thank you for welcoming Pastor Ed and allowing him to heal through offering his Ministry to the facility. The patients have enjoyed fellowshipping and worshipping together as they go through their rehabilitation process.

Beautiful place for my mom to recover after having heart surgery. Lots of windows with natural light , amazing physical therapy room (floor to ceiling glass) which gives them a view while they do their PT and a wonderful staff. What more could you ask for…. Thank you Shadelands for taking such good care of my mom until she could get back on her feet. It’s been a wonderful experience for our family.

I have been at Shadeland‘s for 3 1/2 weeks after a total knee replacement. The facility is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and have private bathrooms. All of the staff, including directors, nurses, aides, Housekeeping, Kitchen, staff, etc. have been wonderful. Each day I was met with someone smiling with a positive attitude and encouraging my progress and recovery. The PT and OT departments far exceeded my expectations and the nursing staff were so Professional and supportive.
I highly recommend Shadeland’s Post acute care!
