The cooling ministry is a huge blessing for the community. Which, I attend regularly. I am sad it's closing. May God bless the staff who donated their time, resources, and extra love for the homeless and unfortunate people with in Garfield Ave Coronado neighborhood"s. I am grateful and appreciate all you have done for myself and this community. You'll be missed greatly.

This is a cooling place from noon to 6pm and they have rooms for you to get a quick nap also Every other tuesdays, October 30 2023 will be available . Nice people

On mondays they offer a farmers market for free. I needed a little help with some food to get through a few days without money. I got to help distribute the carts to help out with speeding up the process for the people who were also getting assistance. I was thankful to be able to volunteer help. What a great bunch of people looking out for those in need. Really easy process no paperwork no questions asked. Just good people helping others in need!

It would have been nice if they opened on time. Their ad said open at 8.00 am but from what I seen some of the employees did not even show up until 8.30. I had to leave at 8.45 so I do not know what time they actually opened. I guess since its a free give away and a non private sector job they can show up at anytime they chose to. I''am sure once they get there they do a great job but since I ran out of time and had to leave I never got to see for myself.

Very friendly place to go and get a food box when you need one. they also have a small area where you can get clothing and I think they offer a couple more services call to find out or you can also call to see if you can volunteer or donate.
