I recently had the opportunity to visit a church member....such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the front desk receptionist to her caretakers and everyone in between. As far as any LTC/regab facility goes this place outshines all I've ever been to. The "patient" herself relayed to me that she was overly satisfied with her care and was glad her family chose here instead of any of the other places offered. If I myself am ever in need of a place for my aging parents-Seven Hills would be my top choice.

Seven Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing. I am the admissions coordinator for this facility. I would like to thank all of the positive google reviews and also the negative. With negative reviews that is just a way for our facility to grow and get better. Although we don’t want negative reviews every facility needs to grow and know how we can better our building, our staff and more importantly our patients. We strive daily to make our patients healthier and stronger so that they may return to their loved ones. With that being said Seven Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing has definitely changed! If you have not been inside of our building in a while please come by and take a look I would be more than happy to show you around. We have new owners, a new Administrator, new nursing staff and the list goes on. On top of all of this we also have newly remodeled rooms! I am very happy to be apart of Seven Hills and what it is becoming. I know there are a lot of negative reviews but please before making a decision just give me a call or come by so you can see our beautiful facility for yourself. Any questions please reach out to me. This place will fool you at first and make you believe they have a patients care in there best interest but is a bunch of lies. There is a few great staff members but management treats them terribly, abusing them constantly! They make false refused care reports over and over and if you challenge there authority the consequences will be that you get a 30 day notice to leave or they just pick another facility for you to go to without any further discussion

This place is extremely unprofessional. I had my dad as a resident at 7 Hills for a month before he passed yesterday and not only did he fall and hit his head and the facility failed to contact me when my father passed yesterday. There was a phone call that was made checking on him and they told someone else that we had not even told that he had passed away, trying to get in contact with the DOM is extremely difficult because neither one of them are ever in the office when you try to call. It always goes to voicemail and they never return phone calls.

This facility has wonderful and caring staff who are invested in the best outcome for the patients there. They have an excellent therapy department where team members work together to provide patient oriented care based on each individuals needs and goals. There are many caring staff members here from social work, cnas, marketing, therapists, nurses, housekeeping, maintenance, environmental services, culinary, and recreational activity members. There is a beneficial team approach and communication that helps to make patients, families, visitors, and staff know they are being cared for and that the facility strives to achieve the safest and best outcome for each person in their care.
